An impossibly beautiful example of the art of Venetian hand-made glass. We have never seen a bead quite like this: pillowy corners, a color one could eat, somewhere near to but much better than butterscotch. The way in which these beads have been made creates a slight perimeter or shadow--of similar hue--which gives unexpected depth to the beads...creating a kind of trompe l'oeil effect which is breathtaking. The rest of the necklace walks softly around these spectacular beads. Seed beads are in a matching hue, the sterling silver end beads are small and slightly ornate. Necklace concludes with a classic sterling silver clasp. It's unbelievably luscious and unexpected in its beauty.
